What we collect when you contact us, what we use it for, and who else sees it.
If you send us an enquiry through this website, you provide your name, phone number, email address, the property address and whatever you choose to tell us about the project. That is all this website asks for, and all of it is optional until you choose to send it.
The quote form on this site does not transmit anything by itself. It opens a message in your own email program, already addressed to us, which you then send. Nothing reaches us unless you send it.
We use your details to prepare your quote, to answer your enquiry, and — if you engage us — to carry out the certification work and to meet the record-keeping obligations that apply to registered certifiers.
We do not sell your information and we do not share it for marketing. Information is disclosed outside our business only where the work requires it or the law does — for example to the relevant council or to the NSW Planning Portal as part of a certification, or to a service provider that helps us operate our systems and is bound to keep it confidential.
Enquiries reach us by email. Project records are kept in our certification system, which is access-controlled and separated so that one client's records are not visible to another. We keep records for as long as the law requires us to, and no longer than we have a reason to.
This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies and does not run analytics that profile you. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google to fetch them; nothing about your enquiry is sent with it.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you can refer the matter to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
