Complying development is not assessed by council, so for a CDC the local government area makes no difference to the pathway — what changes from one project to the next is the site itself. Where your project already has development consent, we issue the Construction Certificate against that consent whichever council granted it.
We certify on the Central Coast, in Newcastle and in Wollongong on the same basis as Sydney, including attending the critical stage inspections through the build. If your project sits outside these areas, call us and ask — the answer is often yes.
